Biography
Dr. Seaver combines broad management experience with strategic technical expertise to provide customers with effective technical solutions to problems in the environment, energy, and defense areas. His 25 years of experience include extensive responsibilities for business development (including customer interface, proposal strategy development and preparation, teaming, and negotiations), line management (including business management, recruiting and hiring, and staff and capability development), and program management (including planning, cost and schedule management, integration, and subcontracting). He has worked with numerous government organizations in the Department of Energy (EM, EE, IN, SS, and operations offices) and the Department of Defense (e.g., Army Materiel Command, Army Safety Center, Air Force Human Systems Division, Navy Underwater Systems Center), as well as with other federal agencies such as the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the Department of Transportation, the Department of the Interior, and the Forest Service. His primary technical focus has been in decision analysis, risk management, systems engineering and analysis, and human factors.
